Please reach us at bethwalkerlcmhc@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
In our first session, we’ll dive into your background and what’s bringing you to therapy, focusing on the unique challenges that college students and early professionals often face. You’ll have the opportunity to talk about anything that’s been weighing on you—whether it’s managing academic pressure, balancing work and school, navigating relationships, dealing with the stress of transitioning to adulthood, or adjusting to a new job or career path. We’ll also take time to discuss the therapy process, setting goals, and how we can work together to help you move forward and tackle these challenges in a healthy way.
I currently offer virtual sessions to clients located in New Hampshire.
A typical counseling session lasts for 50 minutes. An intake session usually lasts for 60-75 minutes.
I currently accept Quest Behavioral Health, Carelon Behavioral Health, Aetna, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield New Hampshire, and Cigna Evernorth.
Additionally, out-of-network” mental health services may be covered in part or in full by your health insurance plan. If you are seeking insurance reimbursement, I can provide monthly superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider. Please check your coverage carefully to see if you receive out-of-network benefits.
You may consider asking your provider the following questions: Do I have "out-of-network" mental health insurance benefits? What is my deductible and has it been met? What is my "co-insurance"? How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? How much will I be reimbursed per visit when I see an out-of-network mental health provider? Is approval required from my primary care doctor?
My self-pay rate is $150 for a standard, 50 minute session. Self pay allows you to maintain greater privacy and confidentiality, as well as schedule sessions on your own terms.
